Michael is a District Commander with Austin - Travis County EMS.  He has been with Austin since 1997 and in and around EMS since 1984.

Michael also owns and manages Maverick Landscapes, Inc. in Georgetown.  Maverick Landscapes, Inc. installs high end custom landscapes and outdoor living spaces in addition to providing many other outdoor services.

In addition, Michael is licensed as a Baptist Minister and resently served at Millwood Baptist Church in Austin as their Pulpit Supply Pastor while they conduct a pastor Search.  Michael has been in the pulpit of several local churches, including Fellowship Baptist Church in Liberty Hill.
